All our beef is produced on Bord Bia and from Quality Assured farms to the highest standard of animal welfare.

At Kingsbury Wagyu, our production decisions, predominantly genetic and nutritional, are based on achieving the optimal parameters within these meat quality traits. At Kingsbury Wagyu we deliver livestock with very high levels of marbling (7-12) and ensure that this, and our meat, are the correct colour and texture.
